Alongside the design work I run an applied AI and automation practice: generative-AI evaluation and prompt engineering (currently contracted as a GenAI Prompt Analyser at Outlier), and agentic workflow design that connects knowledge management to real output.

A working example: this site

This portfolio is itself built on an automation pipeline. Project notes live in an Obsidian vault; their frontmatter is the source of truth for status, roles and WordPress post IDs. A sync process pushes content to the site over SSH/WP-CLI and writes publication state back into the notes, so the dashboard always reflects the live site. The diagram below is that pipeline.

Tools in regular use: LLM prompt design and evaluation, Python scripting, API integrations, automation platforms (Make, Zapier, UiPath), and markdown-based knowledge bases.
