2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, EU). When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, pages accessed, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources.
3. Cookies
This site sets one functional cookie:
- pll_language — stores your selected language (English or German) so you are shown the same language on return visits. Duration: 1 year. This is a strictly necessary functional cookie.
The Wordfence security plugin may set additional technical cookies for logged-in administrative users only. No cookies are set for tracking or advertising purposes.
4. No tracking or analytics
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media trackers, or external fonts. No browsing profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your message and the data it contains (email address, name, message content) are processed solely to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Emails are deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.
